RESEARCH AND SCHOLARLY SERVICE
Expertise
Plant molecular biology/ Plant growth and development/ Molecular mechanism of leaf blade development and floral transition/ Abiotic resistance
Current Research Focus
My current research is on forage plants to identify regulatory factors on leaf blade and floral
development, forage plants architecture. My Current projects in the lab include leaf blade and plant
architecture development in Medicago and sorghum, low phosphate stress response in alfalfa and
Medicago truncatula.
